Sandeep Jani, MD, is the associate director of Advanced Heart Failure and Population Health at MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute in the Baltimore region. He sees patients at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center and MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. He is also the director of the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Clinic at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. He holds board certifications in Cardiovascular Disease, Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology.
